Christmas Ads 2019: Who Did it Best? 1

Whether you love them or hate them, the festive advertising season is back and in full carrot-singing, fire-breathing swing.

The CCUK office has been debating the best 2019 offering so far, has the John Lewis big-hitter hit the mark? or has Ikea just pipped the post with its Stormzy-esque number? We can’t decide.

We have put together a short round-up of this year’s ads for you to make your own decision:

1) John Lewis/Waitrose - Excitable Edgar

2) Ikea - Silence the Critics

3) Aldi - Kevin the Carrot

4) Smyths - If I Were A Toy

5) Marks and Spencer - Jumper Round

6) Visa - Where You Shops Matters

Although, these huge brands are coming up with endless innovative ways for consumers to shop with them, the television ad alone is not always enough. Each advert is backed with massive radio and digital campaigns to reinforce each festive message. If you want to maximise your Christmas campaign offering this year or even if you are just feeling a little last minute, we can help!

You don’t always need a singing vegetable to reinforce your festive message.
