The Ever Inspired Award

How often do the achievements we make at work go unnoticed?

With the speed of commercial life, it can be easy to gloss over achievements that've had a major impact on clients lives. And, more often than not, it's the individual who has put the work in who doesn't stop to think about their achievements.

And with recognition playing such a big part in motivation, you can see why it's so important to stop and appreciate.

That's why we decided to launch an Award specifically designed to celebrate hard work and the individuals who don't stop. The Ever Inspired Award is moderated by our peers and has been highlighting the achievements of our staff for years now.

Driving High Standards

We work with over 2,500 businesses each year and provide our clients a full range of services with a focus on delivering strong ROI and the Ever Inspired Award ensures that our people deliver their best work and results for their customers.

We pride ourselves on being radio people who make a difference. Every day we strive to make a positive difference to our listeners lives, our customers businesses and the communities we broadcast to. Ideas and creativity are at the heart of everything we do and they are vital to differentiate our customers from their competitors.

John-Paul Hughes, Group Creative Director, said: "“Nobody at CCUK aspires to mediocrity. The Ever Inspired Award helps drive the high standards we demand in our creative work to inspire colleagues and create impact for our customers.”

Smooth Radio North East are recent winners with their pitch to Warmseal. The pitch was the perfect example of doing ideas, relationships and results better than anyone else. The team secured the licence of 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' by Stevie Wonder, which is a world advertising first. The track has never been approved for commercial use before. Congratulations to the North East Create Team!

Capital South Wales won the May award for their 'Here Be Dragons' pitch to CADW. The client had never been inspired to use radio before and did not believe it would give results. They were blown away by the proposal and the results it delivered for the client.

Heart Yorkshire won the March award for their BOXT pitch. The creative concept behind the song, animation and airtime campaign was standout and it was a great multi-platform campaign.

Be the Inspiration

What are you doing to inspire your team? Often it's the little things that really make a massive difference to our lives. The Ever Inspired Award is our little thing to celebrate the hard work of our team.
